More Outlook-like Features - Users are now able to view multiple calendars side by side in OWA using Messageware CalendarShare. CalendarShare adds Outlook-like features to enhance OWA calendaring, making it easier to view and schedule meetings when accessing calendars remotely.
View up to 5 calendars side-by-side - CalendarShare makes it easy to use Outlook Web Access calendars to schedule meetings involving multiple attendees by enabling the user to view up to 5 calendars side by side in a familiar, Outlook-like interface.

View multiple calendars in daily, weekly and monthly - Now, OWA users can view up to 5 calendars side-by-side in daily, weekly and monthly views, making it easy to see schedules at a glance for different time periods.

Track meeting attendee requests - CalendarShare gives Outlook Web Access users the ability to track attendee status after a meeting request has been sent. The tracking tab within the appointment shows whether or not a response has been received and whether the invitee has accepted or declined the meeting request.

Supports Outlook delegates for manager/assistant relationships - CalendarShare follows delegate permissions that users set to allow others to view, edit or manage calendars on their behalf. This delegate support feature is often used by assistants who manage calendars for their managers or administrators who schedule meetings for groups.

Convenient resource booking - With CalendarShare, OWA users can book resources such as conference rooms and equipment with convenient side-by-side viewing in daily, weekly or monthly formats. By enhancing OWA shared calendars, no more headaches trying to match up people's schedules with resources!
